Some dried prunes (seedless)
A little balsamic vinegar
A Little Honey
Salt and pepper
Starting one of the most tasty recipes, by filling the tenderloin with prunes.
Salt and pepper and cook on the grill.
Turn them often and on both sides.
After about half an hour to 40 minutes, remove.
At the same time prepare the sweet and sour sauce hitting balsamic vinegar and honey.
Serve the stuffed pork loin, cut into slices.
Pour the sweet and sour sauce on top.
Served with mashed potatoes or grilled vegetables and red wine.
