Christmas - Thanksgiving Turkey



1 TURKEY 3 to 4 pounds with guts
(Do not cut the tail of why we need sewing so as not to spill out the stuffing)

200 gr. minced beef or lamb or combination,

10 chestnuts

2 onions

some pine nuts 1-2 tablespoons;

little pomegranate 2-3 tablespoons chopped or orange

1 bay leaf;

1 cup white wine,

2-3 tablespoons rice

3 tablespoons finely chopped tomatoes,

a little olive oil or margarine

1 cup water




Chop onions and giblets of the turkey giblets

Saute in skillet antikolitiko with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil or margarine, onions
