120 gr. Bacon
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 eggs cooked tight
1 teaspoon chopped green onion
Salt and pepper
Wash and cut lettuce into chunks and put it in the fridge.
Just before serving the salad, place lettuce in a salad bowl.
Cut bacon into cubes and fry in hot oil, until became brown.
Pour over the salad, along with eggs.
With oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, prepare a vinaigrette dressing and throw it over the salad.
Last throw the chopped onion.
Then toss the salad well and serve immediately.
