Half cup olive oil
3 large onions, chopped
2-3 potatoes cut into 4
1-2 kg of various rock fish
Juice from 2-3 lemons
Salt - pepper
Oil and lemon sauce
Clean the fish, salt and sprinkle with lemon juice.
In a large saucepan, add the onions and potatoes.
The cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Add the fish in layers, starting with the larger.
Add water and keep it covers the fish. Boil the soup for 20 minutes.
Remove fish from pan with slotted spoon.
Strain the gravy and serve separately.
Place fish on a platter with onions and potatoes and accompany with lemon.
