MATERIALS FOR THE RECIPE:
1 leg GOAT weight around 1.5 kg
12 garlic cloves
2 medium carrots
Potatoes 1.500 g
Kefalotiri cheese into pieces 150 g
Salt and pepper
5 parchment paper
Starting one of the most tasty recipes, preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
We nail the Goat Leg with some pieces of garlic and cheese and we seasoning them with salt and pepper.
Cut potatoes and carrots, and put salt and pepper.
Pour the remaining pieces of garlic and cheese.
Roll out sheets of greaseproof paper, put it over the meat and potatoes next to the carrots and close well.
In a pan put water until the half of the baking sheet.
Pour into the baking sheet with food.
Bake for 2.5 hours then filling the pan of water to prevent drying out.
When cooked, remove from baking sheet and serve on a platter.
Served with salad and a nice wine.
