8 chicken thighs
a little thyme
4 tablespoons oil or butter
1 cup brandy
2 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
250 gr. Mushrooms, whole or cut
100 gr. Small whole onions, peeled
1 cup dry white wine
a little grated nutmeg and thyme
Starting a fairly easy RECIPE thoroughly washing the chicken thighs.
The salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with a little thyme and paprika.
Put oil and legs in ovenproof dish or pan.
Let them get a good color on all sides in a preheated oven at 250 degrees.
Reduce oven to 200 degrees.
Pour cognac into the pan, onions, garlic, mushrooms, onions and let them sotaristhoun about 10 minutes.
Pour the wine and sprinkle with nutmeg and thyme and let it cook.
