500 gr. MINCED MEAT
250 gr. butter or margarine
125 gr. RICE
1 chopped onion
Salt and pepper
- Start one of the most EASY RECIPES mixing all ingredients together, to shape the mince into small balls.
- Put water in pot and pour the mixture with the butter.
- Cook the ground beef for 20 minutes and allow to cool.
- In separate bowl beat eggs with mixer.
- Add the juice of two lemons you spin, to form egg-lemon sauce.
- Add the sauce to GIOUVARLAKIA and you're ready to serve.
