1 pound spinach
1/2 pound Giant beans
1 bunch dill
Salt and pepper
One of the easiest RECIPES, starts by puting from the day before the beans into water to soak.
The next day we put them out of the water.
We wash the spinach. We chop the spinach and place in colander, so all the water to get away. Then, boil the beans very well.
Spread into baking pan half spinach. Sprinkle with some chopped dill and onion. Pour over the beans, and cover with remaining spinach.
Sprinkle with remaining dill and onion.|
Put oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Cook food in moderate oven.
