 MATERIALS:
 
 1 chicken, about a kilo
 
 1 whole onion
 
 500 gr. Pastry sheets
 
 1 bay leaf
 
 2 tablespoons butter sharp
 
 2 beaten eggs

 1 cup grated cheese

 RECIPE
 
 Start one of the most EASY RECIPES to clean and wash the chicken.
 
 You put in a pot with water.
 
 Adding it to the whole onion, bay leaf and let it boil well.

 Prepare  a white sauce with butter, flour and 2 cups of the broth of boiled  chicken in the same way as the sauce (instead of milk using chicken  broth).
