 MATERIALS:
 
 1 pound Greek traditional Feta Cheese
 
 6 eggs
 
 1 kg flour
 
 
 
 450 gr. Breadcrumbs
 
 1 large box of milk
 
 white pepper
 
 
 RECIPE:
 
 Cut the Cheese in slices into sticks.
 
 Beat eggs with milk.
 
 Put to this mix dip pieces of feta cheese.
 
 Put the flour, the pepper and finally the breadcrumbs.
 
 Place the cheese croquettes in the freezer for some hour.
 
 After two hours you put it out and you can fry in deep fryer to 180 degrees or in a pan with oil.
