700 kg mushrooms, finely chopped
4 tsp. butter
1 large onion, chopped
4 tsp. feta cheese crumbs
14 sheets of pastry
2 tsp. grated cheese (reggato, pecorino, cheese)
additional melted butter
salt and pepper
Fry in butter, the onion and the mushrooms for 4-5 minutes.
Then remove them from the heat.
Add the feta cheese, the grated cheese, the bread crumbs, the salt and pepper.
Put every two leaves.
Spread with butter, a first sheet and put up the second (Cover the rest with a wet towel to prevent drying).
Divide into 4 strips each double sheet.
Place a spoonful of the filling aside.
Fold one corner diagonally upwards to just cover the filling with a triangle and continue to fold until the end of the lane.
Grease the pan and place them inside.
Spread the remaining butter to the little pies.
Put them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes, until browned well.
