MATERIALS OF DIET RECIPE:
4 zucchini,
4 aubergines
3 peppers
3 tomatoes
2 onions
1 clove garlic
a little thyme
little bay,
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
DIET RECIPE
- Wash the zucchini, eggplants, peppers, onions and tomatoes and chop
- Open the oven at medium heat around 160 degrees Celsius
- Put the vegetables in a nonstick pan or Pyrex
- Add the crushed garlic, thyme, bay leaf, olive oil, salt and pepper
- Bake in oven at low heat for about a half hour and stir in between to not grab vegetables
- If necessary, not to grab you, cover the pan with some aluminum foil
