10 small Eggplants
6-7 cloves garlic
150 gr. Slices of Greek Feta Cheese

Begin this very EASY RECIPE by cutting the stems from the Eggplants and wash them.
Score across in 3-4 places and put them in water with salt for 2 hours.
After we wash them very well and squeeze them with our hands to leave the bitterness, but without make them a mess.
In a dish we chop the garlic, stir in with the crumbled Greek feta Cheese, the oregano, the pepper and the salt.
Fill the cracks did with the mixture.
Put some oil in pan, add the eggplants, cover with the lid.
The fry over very low heat for 30 minutes turning them every so often on the other side.
