One package spaghetti
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
500 g chopped tomatoes
300 g shelled mussels
1 cup white wine
half cup olive oil
salt and pepper
- Start one of the most wonderful recipes by warming oil and throwing in the onion, the garlic and the parsley.
- Stir for 3-4 minutes. Then add the tomatoes, the wine, the salt and pepper.
- In low heat simmer for one hour. When the sauce thickens add the mussels.
- Simmer for 20 minutes. Boil the spaghetti and when ready, serve it on a platter and pour the sauce.
