½ cup corn flour,
½ cup water
½ cup olive oil
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Mix the flour with water and half the quantity of honey, until they become a soft dough.
- In skillet, heat the olive oil.
- Fry the Greek teganites on both sides until golden brown.
- Put on a platter.
- Sprinkle with the remaining honey and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot.
