500 g of frozen fish fillet
100 g peeled frozen SHRIMP
1 tin and 1 jar MUSSELS OYSTERS
1 / 3 package short pasta
2 cloves garlic and 1 onion
100 g cream and pepper
a little celery and parsley
Start this easy recipe by thawing the fish fillets.
We Finely chop the carrots, the parsley, the celery, the garlic, the onion.
Boil for 15 minutes in a large saucepan.
Add the short pasta, and salt and pepper.
Cook for another 5-6 minutes.
Then add the fish, and cook 5 minutes.
Finally add the shrimp, the oysters, the clams, the parsley and the cream.
Cook them all together for 5 minutes.
The soup is ready and very tasty, good appetite!
