2 pounds legs of a small lamb
a little rosemary,
a little mint,
5-6 cloves garlic,
a little olive oil,
Salt and pepper
Starting this delicious recipe by cutting our herbs rosemary, mint and garlic, without the sprigs, where we keep for later.
Put in blender and whisk well to melt together with olive oil.
Rinse thoroughly our legs of lamb.
Make lines along with a knife in the lamb legs and add the herbs in the holes created.
Meanwhile, open the oven to 200-220 degrees Celsius.
Place the lamb in a pan or pot and put a cover.
If you put it in a pan, cover with some foil.
Put in oven and cook for about two and a half hours.
Serve by putting up the sprigs of herbs.
