125 gr. flour  
 
300 gr. fresh milk  
 
2 eggs  
 
10 gr. sugar  
 
10 gr. salt  
 
couverture chocolate  
 
 
 
RECIPE:  
 
- We start by hitting very hard the flour, the milk, the eggs, the salt and sugar in a mixer until they become a nice mix.  
 
- Put it in a large frying pan.  
 
- Pour slowly the mix to make one by one our pancakes.  
 
- Place the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave to melt.  
 
- When the pancakes are ready, rap each and pour over the chocolate.  
 
- Served for breakfast or any meal.
