Cut a pound of macaroni or other of your choice
150 gr. butter
100 gr. Kefalotiri grated
200 gr. gruyere
Salt and pepper
Boil water with salt in a saucepan.
Add the pasta, stir.
Allow to boil and drain.
The empty back into saucepan.
Sprinkle on half the cheese, pepper and grated nutmeg.
Sprinkle with butter that you have boiled.
Grease a pasta and lay a layer of pasta.
Slice the cheese thinly sliced and put onto a layer of macaroni.
Do the same, then sprinkle top with remaining cheese and a few pieces of butter.
Put the pasta in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
