  
 
MATERIALS PRESCRIPTION: (for 30 balls)  
 
1 pound ground beef  
 
1 medium onion melted in the mixer  
 
1 coffee cup chopped mint  
 
Salt and pepper  
 
2 slices of bread soaked in wine and juiced  
 
150 gr. feta cheese  
 
 
OUT PRESCRIPTION:  
 
In a large bowl, knead the meat together with the juiced bread, salt and pepper.  
 
The work done until a homogeneous paste.  
 
Add the mint and stir.  
 
Pour mixture in refrigerator for 1 hour.  
 
Melt a good slice with a fork.  
 
Remove the meat from the refrigerator and the mold as follows:
