Sky Go Is Here For You To Enjoy TV Channels On Your PC, Laptop And Mobile

Are you are missing your favorite program or live football match because you are out of your home? Don’t worry anymore, because Sky Go is here to solve this problem for all its customers residing in the UK.

Sky Go is the latest service from Sky TV, which will enable users to enjoy their TV channels not only on TV but also on computers, laptops, tablets and mobiles without any extra charge all over the UK.

This service will be offered absolutely free of cost to all its existing customers. With the launch of Sky Go, their existing two services, Sky Mobile TV and Sky Player will be rebranded.

Customers can have more control and alternatives over the way to use Sky.

They can even enjoy live programs along with their original subscription while travelling in UK and Ireland. Each customer can register for two devices at most to enjoy live programs and on-demand programs.

These 30 channels will be available on computers and laptops including all the five Sports channels, MTV, Disney, History, NatGeo, G.O.LD, Eden, Nickelodeon, Sky Movies, Sky Atlantic, Sky News, Sky Arts, Sky 1, ESPN, and Eden.

However, there is a limitation for channels on tablet and mobile devices. All the five Sports Channels, Sky News, and ESPN are available there which will be increased with time.

Deputy MD of Sky's Customer Group, Stephen van Rooyen said , "The explosion of smartphones and tablets demonstrates the increasing consumer demand for accessing entertainment and communicating on the move."

We have already responded to this by offering a range of services, including live TV, across many new innovative platforms and devices, like laptops and iPhones. Clearly the consumer appetite is there, and it's growing.

In responding to that, and to create even more value, choice and flexibility for our customers, we are now going to offer online and mobile access to Sky content at no extra charge.

The future support of a nationwide Wi-Fi network will help us supercharge that experience further still."

Sky Go will be compatible with one of the best Wi-Fi social networks, The Cloud, very soon. It will provide wireless connections among 4500 public places and above, including cafeterias, hotels, and restaurants. Wi-Fi will allow online services with better quality and high bandwidth.

Sky services will also be enjoyed on Fetch TV and Xbox under the brand name of Sky, which is presently known as Sky Player.

From August onwards, non-customers of Sky TV can also enjoy Sky Go services with a nominal monthly subscription value, which varies from £15 to £40.

If you are in the UK and not a customer of Sky, then visit your nearest Sky retailer to subscribe for the service as soon as possible.
