What is EFT? (Emotional Freedom Technics)

EFT is an abbreviation to Emotional Freedom Techniques. It is a highly advanced and consistently improving type of personal growth and development therapy. This is also referred to as a recent concept for improving personality among people.

EFT has proved highly effective for varied purposes. These include personal development. The basic focus of development is on an individual’s behaviour and attitude. It helps in enhancing capabilities to solve daily problems, handle stress, and restoring balance in life.

EFT can also be defined as one of the present day spiritually-based concepts oriented towards personality development.
This is also quite similar to ‘alternative’ concepts available for brain improvements and promotes better lifestyle.

The basic EFT process is associated to the concept of returning the physical body, mind, and feelings to a perfect state of harmony.

This facilitates you to stay away from negative emotions and enhance your capability to fight these emotions off.

Human mind is designed in a fashion to be able to recover from all kinds of unpleasant experiences and thought patterns.

However it is possible to get affected by emotions that tend to recur from certain traumatic events in the past.

These thoughts can be about a loss, trauma, anxiety, divorce, death, depression etc. The problem is major because it affects one’s daily activities and performance.

The above stated situations are the ones wherein emotions tend to stay at one corner of the mind as compared to the normal process of getting dispersed.

Many times, persistent trials of ignoring the problem fail. These emotions affect the lives of people.

The problem can be solved by Emotional Freedom Techniques. EFT is extremely effective in this case. It is also a gentle technique of balancing the energy system of the body directly. The process is similar to clearing a cluster that blocks energy stream.

Use of EFT involves detecting the problem and solving it with effective techniques. The treatment would make the sufferer think about the past event.

However, reliving those moments is not the part of the treatment. All one requires doing is to be aware of the negative feeling that exists.

The treatment includes reducing the intensity down once full balance is experienced. The patient is comfortably seated in a chair during the entire treatment.

Benefits of EFT

* The treatment offers relaxation to the patient which is very important. It calms the patient to help him/her perform better.

* The treatment relieves one from stress and anxiety. It is a great way to obtain relief from problems such as headache, nausea, muscle pain, muscle tension and a lot more.

* EFT allows you to think clearly. This is very important to keep mental state healthy and fit. It helps you balance various emotions such as anger, rage, frustration, disappointed, sadness, shame, disappointment, guilt, embarrassment, and a lot more.

* The treatment enhances energy and productivity. It also helps in controlling cravings.
