Tae Bo is the latest fashion in matters of exercise, a combination between aerobics, ballet, karate, boxing, hip hop dance and workout with weights.

This “sport” improves balance, coordination, mobility, strengthens muscles and even bones.


Tae Bo resembles to martial arts, but is not a self-defense class.

- Perform slow, down and easy kicks and punches.

Whatever you do, do not throw fists and legs from the first practice. Progress slowly and hit with your feet at a height of approximately half of meter above the floor, especially the kicks from the side or the back.

You must know that in martial arts, the legs are weapon used to hit the lower part of the body, and the hands, the upper part of the body.


- There are not recommended more than 3 such workouts per day.

The number of workouts can increase only if you have a good physical health.



- Alternate the periods of intense training
with the ones of easy training.


- Pick a specialized
coach


- Don’t skip the stretching phase before training


- Make a medical examination   

In the U.S this sport is practiced by about 2 million people. Also, many celebrities, such as Paula Abdul, Pamela Anderson or Shaquille O’Neal practice Tae Bo to stay in shape.
