For Dinner:

Your dinner should include two beef slices, some cabbage and half a cup of sliced carrots. You may also include a banana and a cup full of vanilla flavoured ice cream.

DAY THREE:

For Breakfast:

Have some crackers and an apple with some cheddar.

For Lunch:


Consume an egg with 1-2 toast slices.

For Dinner:

Have a cup full of tuna and one cup sliced carrots. You can also have melon and a cup full of vanilla flavoured ice cream.

DAY FOUR:

For Breakfast:

Have an egg, bread toasts and half or full banana.

For Lunch:




Consume an egg with 1-2 toast slices.

For Dinner:

Have a cup full of tuna and one cup sliced carrots. You can also have cup full of vanilla flavoured ice cream.

The above meal plan is balanced and will offer complete nourishment for your body to function properly. By having toast regularly for four days, you will get the required amount of carbohydrates.

In fact, crackers also have carbohydrates in them.

Again, a little amount of fat is also required to offer all sorts of nourishment to our body. Hence, the fat that comes from Tuna fish is actually good for your overall health.

This four day dieting programme also offers protein in good quantity since you end up having fish, meat, beef and egg in sufficient quantity.

Again, consuming vegetables like cabbage, beans and carrots feed our body with all the necessary vitamins.

Cabbage actually helps in getting rid of the calories in your body, and you will witness a significant amount of weight loss from your body. Banana has potassium in it, which is again important for a balanced diet.
