The Eat-Clean Diet – Get Muscular faster!

If you want to change the way you live and still diet, then switch to the Eat-Clean Diet plan. This diet is generally followed by body builders and people who love to keep fit.

It is essentially about eating right food in apt quantities. Hence, it is termed as a clean and nutritious diet. It does not require you to eat fewer carbohydrates, but is a different diet programme in every sense.

What are you required to have?




You are required to have complex carbohydrates made out of whole grains, fruits and raw vegetables. The diet also involves eating protein based food such as nuts, legumes, fish, meat and soy.

You are also allowed to have fats extracted from nuts, fish and oils. The Eat clean diet is not about keep a check on your calorie count.

In fact, every time you have meal you are required to consume 300-400 calories. Hence, if you end up having six meals in a day you actually consume 1800-2400 calories.

The idea is to diet, exercise and engage in physical activities.

-If you eat clean, then you are able to keep in touch with your body. You begin to understand its needs and appetite.

-The Eat clean diet requires you to have 5-6 small meals every 2-3 hours on a daily basis.

-You must remember to include protein and complex carbohydrates in your meals.

-Drinking water is a must. You can have as much as 2-3 liters of water daily.

-Store clean and fresh food items in your fridge. This will only help you inculcate good eating habits.

-Ignore the packed food products and over-processed food.

-Don’t have flour and sugar. Strike them off from your diet list. You must also avoid cola based drinks, trans-fat based products and alcohol.

-Have lots of vegetables, fresh fruits and fats that are healthy for your body.

You Must Avoid:

Remember, eating clean is all about choosing snacks and meals that are natural, fresh and pure. You need to avoid junk items and items that are prepared in the microwave. They are not natural by any means.

-You have to ignore sauces, dressing, sweets, seasoning and sweeteners.

-Don’t have beverages. Instead switch to herbal tea and fruit juices.

-You will also have to strike alcohol, coffee and energy based drinks. They have a lot of toxic, sweeteners and artificial colours that are not good for your body.

Stick to the Plan:

Once you have this kind of diet for a day, you will feel good and your body will enjoy a nice break. However, it is important for you to stick to the plan. Continue with the diet for a week. If you are having natural food, then your body will be able to use it effectively. You will also be able to get rid of toxics from your body.

It is difficult to stick to this kind of diet plan, especially when you are dieting for the first time. But you need to train your body and mind to select healthy and natural food.

If you continue with the Eat clean diet for a long time, then you will be rewarded with a healthy body. This will help you lose weight faster, and you will attain the weight goal that you have set aside for yourself, for sure.
