Savor the HCG Diet

The good part about the famous HCG Diet is that it allows you to eat spiced up food. You will not be torturing yourself.

This Diet is all about maintaining a balance with regards to the quantity of food intake with respect to what your body really needs.

You will be surprised to know that you are not going to be starving for food. Neither will your palette be deprived of flavor.

Infact, the Diet is such that you can have when you are out with your friends and family without having to regret the time out with them.

Let’s take a quick look at what your Diet Plan should look like:




Breakfast:

* Breakfast:

You can have tea or coffee. Don’t have sugar at all. You are permitted to have one tablespoon of milk in 24hours. You could use Saccharin or Stevia in a sensible quantity though.

Lunch and Dinner:

* Well, you can select from crab, beef, chicken breast removed from the bird, white fish, lobster or shrimp. Enjoy anyone of the meats at a time. Remember to weigh the meat in its raw form. While preparing the meal, remove all visible fat. You would require to boil or grill the meat without having additional fat.  

* Not allowed: Do not consume eel, tuna, herring, salmon, dried or pickled fish.

* Along with this, you can have any one of these vegetables: green salad, tomatoes, fennel, spinach, chard, chicory, onions, red radish, cucumber, asparagus or cabbage.

* One Melba toast or one breadstick can be taken as a topper with your meal.

* The use of salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram is permitted to be used for seasoning purposes.

* Not Allowed; Do not use oil and butter. Dressing for salads is also not permitted.

* In fruits, you can have an apple which means one apple [not too small to substitute one big apple]. Or you can have an orange or a handful of strawberries or one-half grapefruit.

Occasionally you can have:

* Occasionally, you can have an intake of 100 grams of cottage cheese, made from skimmed milk.

* Occasionally, you can also choose to have egg, which is either poached or boiled. You could look at having one raw egg; however, please add to it the white of three eggs, before consuming.

Interesting? So, do you see that you will not starve for food; neither will you be craving for flavor. 
Keep in mind that you should not exceed 500 calories in a day.

Your daily intake should have atleast 200 grams of fat-free protein with an extremely small intake of starch.

Have water 30 minutes before food. This way craving for more food will be ceased and you will not be too hungry when you start your meal.

While eating, remember to chew your morsel thoroughly. Do not swallow the food items. Try to avoid eating rapidly. Go slow. Feel the taste.

In case you are craving for more food during the day, the best way is to resort to water. Keep having water every 30 minutes. Water intake is highly recommended during the HCG Diet period.



The good part about the HCG Diet is that you will not lose out on the energy for your daily routine. You can continue with your lifestyle. Add to this the satisfaction of your taste buds and you will feel healthier as well.
