* Fast foods are bad for health. However, having it once in a while will make you feel happy and keep you away from unnecessary cravings.

* Carbs and sodium are not bad. Just have these in right proportions. Do not ban these.

* There is nothing as ‘diet chips, diet colas or diet burgers’. These are market strategies. Have normal colas or chips once in a while and you will be happy.

In case, you want to cheat, don’t stop yourself. Allow a treat instead. Have a bite and throw the rest. Another tip is to wait for about ten minutes whenever hunger strikes. The key is to set attainable goals. These goals need to be short and easy to attain.




You must not deprive yourself of sleep. Sleep is very important. Avoiding too much of sugar will do the trick. Focus on drinking 6-8 glasses of water in a day. Don’t overdo it. Water is quite helpful in cutting down on water retention. This is because it works as a diuretic. Eating an apple before meal is also a good idea to stay away from overeating.

Write down all that you eat. This is very important to keep eating wisely. Keeping tabs on what you eat is the best way to stay away from the kind of stuff that you should not eat. You need to weigh yourself on a weekly basis. This will keep you motivated in the right direction.
