Follow the Stringent Army Dieting Program to Shed Weight

However, you must know that the program is in essence a diet plan which requires you to consume low amount of calorie. Steps to Follow The Army Diet:

The Army diet is essentially an eight day diet program which requires you to stick to the following menu:

First & Second Day:

You are allowed to consume two apples alongside sipping a cup of black tea or coffee, depending upon your individual preference.

Third Day& Fourth Day:

On the third and fourth day, you can have Cheese along with coffer or black tea, again according to your personal choice.

Fifth & Sixth Day:

Include Chicken in your meal, and have tea or coffee in the morning and evening.

Seventh & Eighth Day:

Enjoy having Salad. You are also allowed to consume black tea and coffee.
The above menu is a clear indication of the fact that Army diet is really stringent. You will have to maintain a lot of determination and portray will power in order to follow it for a long period. You are allowed to have one particular food product for two continuous days.

The diet program does not give you any scope to consume high calorie food products. Therefore, if you follow this diet program religiously, then you will shed a lot of weight as it requires you to consume low amount of calorie.

Another Type of Army Diet

If you don’t wish to continue with the above diet program, then you can consider another type of army diet program which is not as strict. You can switch to a Mayo dieting program. Hence, you will allowed to have two eggs, two bacon slices, two glasses of water, and a little quantity of grapefruit juice that is not very sweet as part of your breakfast.

On the other hand, during lunch you can enjoy meat, salad and grapefruit juice. Dinner will be similar to lunch. However, instead, a vegetable recipe can replace salad. Hence, this diet is all about consuming low amount of carbohydrates and lesser calories as well.

This diet consists of more food items when compared to the above diet program. However, both require you to have a lot of self belief before you undertake dieting.

Conclusion:
You must also remember that since both these diet programs require you to consume very less amount of calories, it is not very healthy. There is every chance that you will suffer from irritation, fatigue and you will feel really hungry.




But if you really want to shed some kilos, then it is advisable to stick to this diet for a short period of time. After the conclusion of eight days, you can shift to your regular dieting habits and consume food in a far more balanced way. You can also join a gym or indulge in some light exercises later.
