Not many of us are fond of a diet programme that forces us to have foods that taste bland, are low in calories and have to be continued for a long period. So, if you are assuming that low calories diet is not your cup of tea, then think again.

You can consume some of these low calorie fruits for desserts or even in the form of snacks. Try having Blackberries, Apples, Grapefruit, melons, Limes, Lemons, Peaches, Oranges, Plums, Tomatoes, Raspberries and Watermelon.

In addition to this, you can have some snacks containing low level of calories include:

Pretzels, Nuts, Sherbet, Whole grain cereals, Sugar free gelatin and Yogurt.

A Low Calorie Diet For You:

You can think of starting the following low calorie diet for attaining a healthy body. Hence, for breakfast, you can have an omelet made of egg white and contains low fat cheese. Consume fruits along with oatmeal.

You can also have coffee, tea and fruit juice of your choice. During lunch time, eat a salad and have vegetable soup.

For dinner, you can have boneless chicken breast, broccoli that has been steamed, salad and skimmed milk which does not contain too much of sugar.

Any type of diet, low calorie or otherwise, should most definitely be accompanied by plenty of physical activity to facilitate the weight loss process.
