The circadian rhythm is a cycle of approximately 24 hours of biochemical, physiological and behavioral processes. This appears at every being: animals, plants and even the primitive organisms such as bacteria or fungus. So, nature made right from the start a clear arrangement in all the living systems, which must be respected. In case of other species, outwards humans, this rhythm functions perfectly. At human beings, things can impair very easily and this in their disadvantage. The reason?People have the capacity of consciously ignoring their body, which bring them in the situation of not functioning optimally, biologically speaking.

Let's give an example! We are programed to eat more in the mornings, when the production of insulin grows physiologically and so does the secretion of the hormones that maintain us in activity. What do most of us do? They start the morning only with a coffee, totally ignoring the intern cells rhythm.

Also, we are programed to do an intellectual activity at maximum speed in the first hours of the day. What most people do? In the morning, most of them drink their coffee, have a shower, and chat with their family and only after 10 o'clock start their work. Beware!

After 11 o'clock, the intellectual activity starts decreasing, so we lost the best hours when the brain can and must work in force. Do you recognize yourselves in this picture? The most probable the answer will be yes.

Let's return a bit at the biological clock of each human being. This mostly corresponds with the cycle of a day.

Circadian means approximately a day. The cycle of wakefulness and sleep is related to body's temperature. So, as body's temperature is bigger, as active we are.

For instance, at 12 o'clock, most of us have with 2 Celsius degrees more than in the morning, which means that they can have an intense physical activity.

On the other hand, as the body's temperature is lower, the state of sleepiness is installing.

The rhythms of body have 2 main components. A long period of sleep, during night, and a short one, during the after-noon.

If you are not stressed, so you don't disembark adrenaline and cortisol in big amounts, during the after-noon you will feel a state of sleepiness. It would be ideal for you to sleep a little, but, beware,
only for 20 minutes. It is the time when the brain can take a welcomed break. At the same time, in those 20 minutes you won't enter the deep sleep stage, after which you would recover very hard during the day. In other words, if you want and you can sleep at noon, set your clock at 20 minutes.

If you slept, for instance, 2 hours, you practically lost the day, because your brain's activity will be very low.
Talking about studies, the researchers have noticed that, if a man isolates from any means of measuring the passing of time - clock, solar light- the inner clock works for a day of approximately 25 hours. And, another small detail, if your inner clock works different that the environment's one, the sleep problems will appear first.

On long term, it is very probable for some affection to appear. You will find bellow the pertinent explanations, depending on the normal activity for which we were programed at each hour from day.
To be more specific, the researchers from Oxford have discovered that there are more risks for some manifestations of different affections, such as heart attack or panic attack, at certain hours. It would be ideal to take into consideration these constants of your body.

6 o'clock: Beware! Stroke:
Do you are part of the risk group for cardiovascular affections? Then you should find out that mornings are the most dangerous part of the day. In the first hours, the body secretes plentiful adrenaline and cortisol, which leads to the growth of blood pressure. At the same time, because of the physiological dehydration which intervenes during the night, blood is denser, which makes it harder to pumped over. It is believed that high blood pressure can dislocate pieces from the fat tissue of the arteries and, by this, determines strokes and myocardial.

That's why, right after you wake up, it is mandatory for you to drink a 250 ml glass of water.
This way, you liquefy the vital liquids of your body. According to a study from American Journal of Hypertension, the risk of myocardial grows with 40% and the one for stroke with 49% between 6 and 12 o'clock. The morning myocardial it is considered more severe and with more consequences on long term. The cardiovascular ischemic events are more frequent also in winter, at the beginning of the month and on Monday. Because of the increased secretion of cortisol (the stress hormone that secreted by adrenal glands) in this first part of the day there are no nasal bleedings. It is tragic that the sudden death also appears especially in the mornings, because of the hormonal activity specific to the first hours of the day.

The cortisol secretion begins to decrease after 11 o'clock.
So, if you know that you are cardiac, assure yourselves that in the mornings you will have at your hand all the medication for emergencies, recommended by a doctor and don't exaggerate with the physical activity in that time slot.

7 o'clock: gout pain:
If you were diagnosed with gout, then expect yourselves to have pains in the mornings. Gout pain is more frequent at 7 o'clock in the morning. The reason? At this hour, in your body the uric acid concentration is at maximum. We are talking about values of 2.8 bigger than the minimum registered at 23 o'clock, according to a study that appeared in Chronobiology International. Besides, if you want to check the metabolic activity and you go for blood analysis, 7 o'clock is perfect. This way you will have the most correct values of your metabolic systems.

8 o'clock: Allergies become itchy:
You are allergic, but you haven't so far manifestations of asthma? The respiratory allergic manifestations - whether we talk about itchy nose, eyes or mouth - are the most severe in the morning. A pertinent explanation would be that, if you are allergic to dust mites or molds (dust mites are growing also in molds, so the two types of allergies are intrinsically linked) you will stir them when you will start the activity. You make your bed, and then the dust mites will fly in all the directions. You choose some clothes from your wardrobe? Then all the dust from them will enter in your airways. Even if you start a small clean up through your house, you will feel the effects. So, better let someone else or do it later. Also, don't forget the anti-allergic medication.

9 o'clock diabetes is being diagnosed:
Also in the morning, if you have high blood sugar or even undiagnosed diabetes, you can confront with a malaise, shakings or an extreme state of starving. All these because, physiologically speaking, the insulin secretion is higher, in the first hours of the day, which means that the hormone lowers the blood sugar. This is the reason why, at 9 o'clock, you will feel an acute feeling of starving, if you are perfectly healthy. It is good to take this into consideration and to eat as much as you can. The meal from 9 o'clock must be rich in proteins, carbohydrates and fats.

Take the big petit-dejeuner!
Eat copious at 9 o'clock, because in the mornings, physiologically speaking, the secretion of insulin is high. We are talking about the big petit-dejeuner that doesn't make you gain weight; on the contrary, it will help you maintain it. The reason? If you respect this meal, the next ones will be moderate without struggling yourselves. So, the amount of eaten food decreases unconsciously. Practically, you adjust so well the insulin production so that you will have no maximum descending curves, which would've lead either to an intense need for sweets or to exaggerate hunger, both followed by copious meals and, mostly, reckless. So, even if you are on a diet, eat extremely well at 9 o'clock and you will see that you won't suffer of hunger during the day.

10 o'clock: it's time for joint pain:
Joint pains are the most intense in the mornings as a consequence of the lack of activity during the night, especially when it comes to arthritis. Besides the nocturnal repose, the variations of cortisol's level can also be incriminated in the morning manifestations apparition. The rheumatologic specialists recommending is to administrate a prolonged-release anti-inflammatory before going to bed. Of course, now it doesn’t means that between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. you must be stressed and to follow obsessively the clock in order to relate every manifestation as a symptom to a disease from this list, especially if you are healthy. Though, it would be very good if you would adopt some advises in order to have a more balanced and healthy live. Don’t forget: stop ignoring what your body says to you!
