I am more than sure that you have already read and heard about dozens of diets and wonder products that lead to weight loss and, especially, to fat loss.


Yet, most of those, let's say, inventions, have nothing to do with the reality for one good reason: they do not respect at all anatomy and human physiology.





And if things are so, why wouldn't we learn a few simple, but vital facts about the human body, just as it was created. Therefore…



We were created to be omnivorous, which actually means that we take all those 54 essential nutrients that we need that much not only from a diet based on vegetables, meat and eggs.


From this very point of view, both the exclusively carnivorous and herbivorous are not adequate.



Also, we were created to use over 300.000 types of natural foods.


In present, we have supermarkets with thousands of products, yet, paradoxically,
we use less than 30 foods during a week.

If you cannot believe it, write down on a piece of paper everything that you eat during a week.

The result will be the most probable distressing, from the diversity's point of view.




The third rule of human physiology regards the natural foods, thus not the inventions of the food industry.
The last, but not least, detail of human metabolisms is related with the behavior.

So, the prehistoric man was a hunter-gatherer.


What does this fact actually mean?

It means that he was moving all day long in searching for the food.

He now find a fruit, eat it, but there were passing a few more hours until he would find something else and so on and so force.

In other words, he had no chance to have in his diet food combinations that were inappropriate.




So, you should find out that there are needed at least 2 hours for a man to digest a food and only after these hours it is indicated to have a new meal.


These are the principles of every correct weight loss diet.


So, let's recap:
as much sport as possible (this doesn't mean that you have to open and close the gym everyday) and small, yet often, meals.


The third rule is referring to the
meals composed by a single food, which is natural, but doesn't repeat too often during a week.


You could lose up to 5 kg during a month only by respecting human physiology.


Also, it is the best possible food plan for the whole body.
