You are also advised to have fresh and raw vegetables. This also implies that you are eating right and clean food. These food products consist of fiber and are highly nutritious.

Have leafy green vegetables, and those vegetables that contain water such as cucumber. You must also consume celery as they contain low level of calories.




However, you expected to avoid sugar and juices that contain high level of sugar. You must also avoid processed food products as they are not natural and hence not good for health.
