* Sweet potato
* Onion powder
* Garlic powder
* Oregano
* Paprika

Preparations:

First, you must pre heat the oven to about 450 degrees. Using a non stick dish, prepare the recipe. Cover the dish nicely with aluminum foil. Slice sweet potatoes into thin long strips. Now lay these neatly over the dish. The next step would be to sprinkle olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano on the sliced sweet potatoes. Now heat the mixture in the oven at 450 degrees for about 30 minutes.
This makes your tasty vegetarian low calorie recipe ready. You may add spices as per your taste.

Apple and Blackberry Juice:

This is a delicious yet healthy sweet fruit juice that you can prepare for breakfast.

Ingredients Required:


* 1 Apple
* 1 cup of Blackberries
* Frozen ice cubes as per requirement
* Blender
* Knife

Preparation Method:




First you need to chop the apple into 4 pieces. Now pour it into the blender. Also include a cup of thoroughly washed blackberries. Now add frozen ice cubes. Let it blend for about 3 minutes. The key is to blend until you get a smooth consistency.
