Simple ways to fight hair loss

If you dread running comb through your hair, then you are definitely worried about hair loss. There are many instances where you should worry about hair loss. When you see strands of hair each time you run comb over hair, wash hair or towel hair, you need to take actions against hair loss.

Worrying about hair loss can worsen the problem. You need to take special care about keeping your hair in healthy state. There are several ways in which you can do this. First and foremost, you need to focus on a diet that will keep your hair healthy.

Here is a diet plan for healthy hair:

Protein: One of the best ways to fight hair loss is to include good amount of protein in to it. Do you know that hair is made up of protein? Hence, eating a protein rich diet will definitely make sense. Now, this does not mean that you can benefit via eating a steak a day. Remember that high fat diets can increase testosterone levels in your body. This can trigger hair loss.

When it comes to consuming protein for combating hair loss, you should stick to leaner proteins such as lean fish, chicken and turkey. You can also choose a variety of other protein sources such as brewer’s yeast, chicken, low fat cheese brewer’s yeast, calf’s lever, almonds, beans, yogurt, eggs, low fat cheese etc. Adding tofu and soy milk to your diet will also be a wise idea. These elements are high in protein and low in unhealthy fats.

Iron: Iron plays a chief role in creating hemoglobin in the body hemoglobin is actually the part of blood that carries oxygen to organs and tissues of the body. Healthy hemoglobin levels in the body facilitates proper dispersal of oxygen in the body.

This also ensures adequate flow of blood to your scalp to promote hair growth. Eating dried fruits such as raisins will give you cherry juice is packed with iron. Other foods such as dark leafy green vegetables, dates, eggs, raisins, kale and whole grain cereals are rich in iron.




Vitamin C: This is important for absorption of iron in the body. You can get adequate iron from foods such as oranges, lemons and strawberries. These foods also combat hair loss.

Zinc:
Hair loss in men is due to deficiency of zinc in the body. Zinc plays an important role in most of the functions of human body such as cell reproduction, hormonal balance etc. Zinc also works towards managing glands that attach hair follicles.

Hair follicles tend to become weak due to deficiency of Zinc in the body. Eating foods rich in Zinc such as poultry, red meats, mussels, oysters, nuts and shrimp.
