Hair Style – An Integral Part of Your Fashion statement

The hair style is an integral part of a person’s personal grooming. It adds colour to your features. As a matter of fact, your choice of hair style reflects your personal style because the former throws light on your best qualities. That is why getting the right kind of hair cut is very important.

Broadly, hair styles can be categorized into two different types – static and mobile. A static hair cut is one in which the hair doesn’t move, and a mobile hair cut is one in which hair is kept free flowing.

Hair styles obviously differ from one person to another according to whether the person wants to wear their hair long or short. There are also various hair styles to suit various occasions like proms and weddings.

You can even get hair styles which will perfectly match your hair colour.
Like if you have got blond hair, you can find a hair style which will complement your hair colour. Nowadays, hair styles are aplenty for people with black hair too. It will be very wrong to think that only women can get fashionable hair styles.

Men do not want to lag behind when it comes to hair styles, and there are a whole lot of hair styles for them also like spikes, burr cut, afro, crew cut and many more. If you have straight hair or curly hair, you can wear it long, especially if you have a good volume of hair.

If your hair texture is fine or you have a narrow and long face, then you should avoid a long hair style. Short hair styles usually look good on all types of face shapes. You can get yourself fringes which can alter the shape, length and appearance of your forehead to a great extent.

Wearing long fringes can make your forehead look wider and shorter whereas long fringes can give your forehead a broader shape.

Not only fringes, how you part your hair also gives your forehead a different shape.
If you do the parting straight down the middle of the head, then your forehead will look wide. On the other hand, if you brush back your hair, then your jaw line gets highlighted and your neck looks elongated and thin.

Coloring hair can also add zest to your personality. It is best to go for natural shades that look appropriate in your hair. However you can also try out radically different colors if you want like blue, green or pink. Make sure that you use branded hair colors.

Another very important thing that you must take into account while styling your hair is the shape of your face.

Your hair style must match the contour of your face. For example, if you have an oval face, then the best cut for you will be one that goes around the face.

If you are such a person who likes to take risks, then you can try out different hair styles till you find the best one.

Remember, do not follow fashion icons blindly because if you get yourself a hair style that you cannot carry off at all, you will only embarrass yourself.

Consider factors like your height, shape of jaw line, body structure and shape of head before styling your hair.
