* Stay away from fad diets:

* Water:

* Small meals:

When taking 1500 calories in a day, you must split them in to 6 or 7 meals. These must be small meals to be distributed throughout the day.

* Tone abdominal muscles:

In order to tone muscles at a quick pace, you need to perform exercises such as reverse crunches, hanging leg raises, and plank, crunches are known to be very effective.

You can get flat abs via doing crunches in just 2 weeks. However, you need to do more than just plain crunches. Try bringing variety via introducing other types of crunches in your exercise regime such as oblique crunches, transverse crunches, ball crunches, butterfly crunches etc.
