My Nose Job: The Story of a Guide

As all of you are aware, there are a number of people who wish to go in for plastic surgeries. In a number of cases, this is just a sheer case of fun; that is, some people wish to go in for it as they feel that they are not looking good with their present features.

It is essential to remember that it is not possible to make an individual beautiful with the help of plastic surgeries as plastic surgeries are nothing other than a sheer corrective measure, although it can also be constructive in nature.

Not only do some people wish to go in for plastic surgeries, but they also intend on sharing their story with the whole world, by publishing them online.

This passion is not only common in case of ordinary individuals, but it is also a significant part of highly qualified doctors. Today, I will share such a story with you that bears proof to my statements.

A medical practitioner shared this passion for cosmetic surgery from an early age, at around nine years. It is from then on, that she wished to have plastic surgery on her nose.

However, her mother advised her to the contrary, and said that her whole face would later on catch up with the slightly bigger nose, leaving the young writer, who later on became a medical practitioner, completely satisfied.

Very soon, the would-be medical practitioner realized how wrong her mother was, as she felt slowly that her nose was growing at a pace, that could not be matched by her face.

This feature made the writer and medical practitioner extremely conscious, which was further aggravated due to the adverse comments passed on by her friends as well as other acquaintances.

With everyone pointing out to her nose, she was left further dissatisfied as well as overwhelmed.

This future medical practitioner was on the operating table soon after she was 18. Soon after the operation, the author and medical practitioner was left completely nauseated and had swelling eyelids.

This is one of the worst effects of plastic surgery as nobody feels good when they have to enjoy the effect of a broken nose. This was followed by a phase of vomiting that had the potential of frightening the other patients.

Although the writer here claims not to be much aware of the pain as she was administered pain killers, she vividly remembers feeling a little stuffy for more than a week.

On the day the future medical practitioner is allowed to have a look at her nose, she is warned beforehand that she would not be able to guess the proper effect of the surgery due to swelling.

But after she was handed a mirror and the splint is removed, the writer and medical practitioner felt overjoyed as the plastic surgery has rendered her nose the perfect shape.

Although this did not work wonders in enhancing the self esteem of the writer (nor did it put her in the shoes of a supermodel), it definitely changed her life.

It is this plastic surgery that taught her that plastic surgeries cannot just change your look but won’t make a dramatic change in your life.

This plastic surgery has definitely allowed the writer to view life in a better manner, but as you can see, her life has not changed completely after this surgery.

This is a positive effect of having plastic surgery. For most of you, the story is the same. Life goes on in its own way no matter how much you try to beautify it by beautifying yourself.
